Fresh off the presses and for your reading pleasure.  Download it here.  Looks like they are releasing most of the boats from the Mexico impounding.  338 boats were restricted to their slips for no good reason.  One boat owner had a typo on his permit and was up against some huge fine for a clerical error made by a Mexican official.  He took off in the middle of the night and is now headed for San Diego in an attempt to flee the bureaucracy.  Hope he makes it.  The impounding of these boats has really upset the owners and has ended many cruisers life long dreams as many were stuck at the dock for up to four months.  Its a shame and I hope it never happens again.  The good news is, its mostly done and the Baja Haha will go on as scheduled in 2014.  I hope to join the migration from San Diego to Cabo as crew on one of the Haha boats.  This will be my fourth in five years!
