The UK Guardian has come up with a list of 1000 albums you should be listening to. The list was compiled by readers and many I have never heard of. Check the list here.
Here's a musical tidbit I would like to share with you. Remember that great album cover by The Who, "Who's Next"? Roger and the boys have just finished taking a leak on a very large, wait for it...what is that thing? Do you remember??? That's right, a monolith. Where do we know the monolith from? Kubrick's 2001 movie masterpiece. Seems that Stanley declined their request to direct their amazing movie "Tommy" and so they were pissed off about it, so to speak. If you haven't listened to the album in a while, pull it out this weekend and relisten to one of the all time greatest!
