Thalassophiles Unite

There is a very good chance we will be headed to the Caribbean in April for a crewed yacht charter.  We are looking at the St. Thomas/St. John area on a brand new 58' cat.  I put the idea out to my friend Frank and at first they turned me down.  The more he thought about it the better it sounded.  Now we are moving forward.  Frank will be at the Miami boat show this week and will be able to step aboard this beautiful yacht. I will keep you posted.

Hey this yacht looks awesome! Do you recommend a catamaran? I'm thinking of taking a yacht charter in the east med and can't decide what type of yacht to take? Motorsailer? Sailing Yacht? What do you think? This site looks like it has good choice of yachts to pick from and they sound like they can help me plan iteneries etc. East Med Yachting

Yes cats are the way to go. More expensive. You will be more comfortable and be able to go places that mono hulls can't. Bon voyage!
