RIP Mr. Jones

His original name was Davey Jones but he changed it due to confusion with Davey Jones of the Monkees.  Named himself after a hunting knife.  It worked rather well.

This song was released in 1969, just 5 days before man walked on the moon on Apollo 11 and became an instant classic.
